Updates: On 11 January 2010, the Thailand Government advised the other 11 Parties that the Agreement will enter into force for Thailand on 12 March 2010.

Indonesia, Cambodia, and Lao PDR are the remaining ASEAN Member Countries, which have yet to ratify the Agreement.

Important Notice for New Zealand exporters to Australia:

Australia will expect certificates of origin if an importer enters goods from New Zealand under a claim for AANZFTA (as opposed to CER) preferences.  It is assumed that this will not occur frequently.
